Last couple of days, I have been explaining to many people how Twitter’s open architecture changes the game. I blogged about API users providing shared experience here. Not to miss out on this, we went all out in building Twitter support in MessageDance. Yes offline tweet support included!
Couple of days back, Eric at VentureBeat, reviewed MessageDance. He perceptively describes MessageDance distributed messaging system, and how it overlaps and extends Twitter’s innovation.
Today Matt introduced Prologue, GPL licensed theme-based group twittering hack. Smart move on Matt’s part, as Twitter has the potential to shake the blogging platform at it’s core. It’s as much a defensive move as it’s a respect towards growing Twitter adoption.
