Cocomment consolidating your comments

Considering the fact that more people read blogs versus writing/owning one, it may be a clever idea to capture all the comments made by conversation participants in one place.

Cocomment is one company attempting to bring more visibility and linking by consolidating all the comments in one place. This along with Performancing clearly shows how companies are increasingly providing tools for those who live for blogging.

And no it’s not a Bay area start-up. These guys are sitting nicely somewhere in Swiss valley.

In the same context Don Dodge is making a nice observation on how companies are creatively and inexpensively launching their products nowadays:

We now live in a meritocracy. Money, VCs, and the press no longer decide what will be successful. Great products/services with intuitive designs that solve a real problem win. Of course once the product catches on and other entrepreneurs take notice, then you need to scale up fast to cement your first mover advantage. That might be where VCs and money add their value in this new world.
