crispyideas: Digg(or slashdot?) for the enterprise market
Within one week we have seen companies ranging from Yahoo, Salesforce and Dell launch their community based feedback collection website. Salesforce and Dell are powered by crispyideas and I am sure we will be hearing a lot about this company.
In a way product management process is taking an open source route and using a slight variation of given enough eyeballs, all bugs are shallow. This time its given enough complaints, bad features go away.
These are exciting times for customers.
