Semaphore’s message is encrypted

From the FAQ section:

The message is encrypted, and until the code is cracked,
the message San José Semaphore is communicating will not be generally
known. If you are interested in cracking the code, you’ll find details here about the San José Semaphore decoding challenge.

Link is not working and that has increased my curiosity to know more about this semaphore ( located at Adobe tower). If you are a Da Vinci code obsessed guy then this puzzle is for you -

The content of the San José Semaphore’s message is a mystery; cracking
the encryption technique and deciphering the message is posed as a
challenge for the public. To the first person or group to successfully
crack the code, Adobe will award bragging rights and acknowledgment on
both the Adobe website (www.adobe.com) and the San José Semaphore
website. Competition rules are here.

All this is part of the week long San Jose arts promotion affair, showcasing emerging world of technology driven art forms. Who knows this new art form might be our generation’s cubism !.

Bill Viola is also showing his creations.
